Special Announcement: the Bella Coola Music Festival has extended the weekend to include a full Friday evening of music!

 

Calling all food/beverage crafters, artisans and entrepreneurs! Vendors make a HUGE contribution to the overall experience of the festival. Each year we expect to welcome 2000 people through the gates over the weekend. To ensure feasibility for all vendors, we try our best to not duplicate food items and may not accept more than one application for the same product.​ Here's the gig:

  • Vendors will have access to set up in the days leading up to the festival; please be set up by 6pm Friday, 11am Saturday & Sunday.

  • Vendors must remain open until the last act of the evening; approx. 10pm Friday & Saturday, 8pm Sunday.

  • Vehicles are permitted for set-up and take-down ONLY. Please move your vehicle off of the Festival Grounds by 5:30pm on Friday (gate opens at 6pm) and 10:30am on Saturday & Sunday (gate opens at 11am).

  • Food and beverages served using recyclable or biodegradable plates, bowls, cutlery and cups is highly encouraged. Please, NO styrofoam!

  • We do not allow disposable, individual condiment packages, stir sticks, plastic straws, etc.

  • The Festival Grounds are non-smoking and alcohol-free.

  • We recommend including a large sign identifying your business/product name.

Food/Beverage Vendors

There is a permanent structure booth building on site, each booth with the convenience of a fridge, power and security. These are available on a first come, first served basis, so please apply early! The festival's main water room is also in this building. There are also a few spaces available for food trucks - please let us know if you need to connect to power. At this time, we do not allow gas-powered generators. The fee is $225 for the weekend, this includes 2 festival weekend passes. Any additional staff will be required to pay for their festival passes.

***You are personally responsible for your Temporary Food Services Permit and a valid Food Safe Certificate. Documents submitted late (less than 2 weeks in advance) are subject to a $50 processing fee from Vancouver Coastal Health.***

Artisan/Entrepreneur Vendors

Join in to create a "pop-up market" for the weekend. Each application reserves ample space for a table and includes 1 festival weekend pass. You will need to provide your own tent.

Commission sales fee system: there will is no set fee for having your table set up. We simply ask that you keep track of your sales and kindly forward 10% of total sales to the festival at the end of the weekend. Thank you for your patience as we figure out the best way to support artists!
