Bella Coola is a popular summer destination so please book your accommodations ahead of time. Check out bellacoola.ca for tourism info. With endless hiking and sightseeing opportunities, you might just need an extra day or 2!
Kid's Site
A super special area set up just for the littles to enjoy any time throughout the weekend. Activities include face painting, bouncy castle and hoola-hoop making, among others! Various activities and stations make up the Children's Festival on Sunday from 1-4pm.
Nuxalk Nation
Nuxalkulmc is the unceded, ancestral territory of the Nuxalkmc. Each year before the festival begins, the crowd is honored with a welcome ceremony and a taste of a culture alive and well in the Bella Coola Valley. Visit nuxalk.net for more information on Indigenous sovereignty.
Great Food & Mini Market
No need to pack a lunch for this event! We are so impressed each year with the delicious variety of food, drinks and treats the vendors are able to whip up right on site. We also welcome some very talented artisan vendors who show up ready to sell their crafts.
